Meet Rigo Garza

Master of Social Work (MSW)
Licensed Social Worker Associate, Independent Clinical (LSWAIC)
Mental Health Professional (MHP)

I’m Rigo, a mental health therapist, husband, and father in Richland, Washington. I support adults, teens ages 13 and older, and couples through telehealth.

Before private practice, I worked with youth and families at Lutheran Community Services. I also provide mental health care in a correctional setting. These experiences have deepened my respect for people’s resilience and the importance of being heard without judgment.

I connect with the idea that walking through the desert teaches you the value of water. Oasis Therapy reflects that: a place to pause, find support, and consider your next steps when life feels overwhelming.

I earned my social work degree at Heritage University and my MSW at Boise State University. Together, we can explore what matters to you and work toward practical changes.

Support that fits your life.
